Our Founders Meet our founders, Alexis Williams and Rachel Jones. From college roommates to business owners, Rachel and Alexis's love for dogs has stayed strong through the years. After Alexis adopted her first dog in college, both Alexis and Rachel saw a need for quality, sustainable, and cute dog collars. As they put it, Petco just wasn't cutting it. Ideas turned into sketches, sketches turned into prototypes, and before they knew it, Woof collars was taking off!
